Letterbox house is constructed on 290 sqm area with anything but flat landscape. House exterior looks like it has been turned inside out. That is achieved by smart using of materials and by changing usual houses shapes. There is a lot of space near the house which make spending time outdoors very comfortable.

Letterbox house isn’t first experimental house design by McBride Charles Ryan architects. They are one of extraordinary Australian teams which always could surprise people with interesting house shapes and interior designs.

The inside of this Letterbox house is vivid red; the support structure and the support shelves which in time will become deposits of beach memories, the much leafed book, the photos, the bric-a-brac of beach holidays and markers of the quintessential Australian family life.
